AD: India and China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

1 The ITA states that COFCO includes it affiliates China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Import & Export Corporation (China National), COFCO (Zhangzhou) Food Industrial Co., Ltd. (COFCO Zhangzhou), Xiamen Jiahua Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. (Xiamen Jiahua), and Fujian Yu Xing Fruit & Vegetable Foodstuff Development Co. (Yu Xing). The ITA has preliminarily considered these companies to be a collapsed entity.
2 The ITA states that the China-wide entity includes Gerber Food (Yunnan) Co., Ltd. (Gerber), Green Fresh Foods (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Green Fresh), Guangxi Hengxian Pro-Light Foods, Inc. (Guangxi Hengxian), and Guangxi Yulin Oriental Food Co., Ltd. (Guangxi Yulin), which failed to qualify for a separate rate in this review.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of November 6, 2006.
