AD: Korea Stainless Steel Wire Rod and Romania Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products

1 The ITA notes that in the AD investigation in this proceeding, it determined that POSCO, and its subsidiary, Changwon, were affiliated with Dongbang through a close supplier relationship and that all three companies should be treated as one entity (collapsed).
2 The ITA has preliminarily determined that sales of subject merchandise by MS Galati have not been made below normal value during the period of review.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of October 11, 2006 for Korea, and within 120 days of October 23, 2006 for Romania.
