IVIS is successor-in-interest to IVIS Wood. The ITA has determined that Ivis Partners Ltd. (IVIS) is the successor-in-interest to Ivis Wood Products Ltd. (Ivis Wood). The ITA notes that based on the information provided by IVIS, and the fact that the ITA did not receive any comments during the comment period following the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review, it determined that IVIS is the successor-in-interest for AD duty cash deposit purposes.

IVIS receives 3.78% AD duty rate for entries of subject merchandise. As a result, the ITA determined that IVIS should be accorded the same AD duty treatment previously accorded to IVIS Wood (i.e., a 3.78% AD duty cash deposit rate).

The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation of all shipments of the subject merchandise produced and exported by IVIS with a time of entry on or August 29, 2006 at 3.78% (i.e., Ivis Wood's AD cash deposit rate). This deposit rate shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next administrative review in which Ivis Wood participates.

(See ITA's notice for additional information including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 07/24/06 news, 06072435, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review.)
