The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 90 days of July 6, 2006 (China) and within 120 days of August 8, 2006 (Latvia).
