Company
Eurodif S.A. (Eurodif)/Compagnie Generale Des Matieres Nucleaires (COGEMA)
All Others

(a) The ITA states that for non-reviewed companies, it will instruct CBP to continue to collect CV duty cash deposits at the most recent company-specific rate applicable to the company, or if there is no company-specific rate at the "all others" rate until a review of a company assigned this rate is requested.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/04 -12/31/04)

The ITA explains that it has been enjoined from liquidating entries of the subject merchandise from France. Therefore, it does not intend to issue liquidation instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for entries made during the period January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004, until such time as the injunctions, issued on June 24, 2002, November 1, 2004, and October 12, 2005, are lifted.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 02/22/06 news, 06022230, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this CV duty administrative review.)
