AD: China Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on honey from China with respect to the following companies, as both the exporter and producer, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit for Entries Exported & Produced by Golden Harvest or by Qingdao Aolan
The ITA states that until completion of these reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importers, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise that are both produced and exported by Golden Harvest or by Qingdao Aolan.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Golden Harvest and Qingdao Aolan provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate these AD duty new shipper reviews.)
-preliminary results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are due no later than 180 days from July 20, 2006 and the final results of these reviews are due within 90 days after the date on which the preliminary results are issued.
