ITA Preliminary Determines that IVIS is Successor-in-Interest to Ivis Wood

The ITA has preliminarily determined that Ivis Partners Ltd. (IVIS) is the successor-in-interest to Ivis Wood Products Ltd. (Ivis Wood) and should, therefore, receive Ivis Wood's AD cash deposit rate of 3.78%.

(The ITA states it initiated this changed circumstances review in order to determine the appropriate AD cash deposit rate for IVIS (currently, the "all others" rate of 11.54%), which purchased Ivis Wood, including its equipment and inventory on September 30, 2005.)

If these preliminary results are affirmed in the final results, the ITA will apply the AD cash deposit rate from this changed circumstances review to all entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the date of publication of the final results of this AD changed circumstances review.

- the ITA will issue the final results of this AD duty changed circumstances review no later than December 28, 2006.

(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 04/24/06 news, 06042440, for BP summary of the initiation of this changed circumstances review of subject merchandise from Canada.)
