AD: China and Ecuador Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp and Taiwan Certain Polyester Staple Fiber

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty new shipper reviews as well as the following AD duty administrative review:

AD duty new shipper review

(a) the ITA has found that Zhanjiang has not made sales below the normal value, as a result a preliminary AD duty rate of zero exists

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews or administrative review, which are currently due within 120 days of July 6, 2006 (China), within 90 days of June 16, 2006 (Ecuador), and within 120 days of June 6, 2006 (Taiwan), unless the time limit is extended.
