Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/04 - 01/31/05)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of July 12, 2006.

Additionally, the ITA states it calculates importer-specific duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above (which are weighted averages).
