AD: Mexico Circular Welded Non-Alloy Steel Pipe and Tubes

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe and tube from Mexico with respect to the following company, identified as the exporter and producer, for the noted review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of this review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of the merchandise exported and produced by Conduit.

(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Conduit provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)

-preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review are due no later than 180 days from June 30, 2006 and the final results are due within 90 days after the date on which the ITA issues the preliminary results.
