AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or After 06/29/06:

CompanyAD Rate or Note
Chengde Malleable Iron General Factory81.64%
Langfang Pannext Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd.6.95%
LDR Industries, Inc. and Beijing Sai Lin Ke Hardware Co., Ltd.14.69%
SCE Development (Canada) Co., Ltd. (SCE)53.64%

Other Companies(a),(b),(c)

For the preliminary results, the ITA notes that it revised the China wide rate to 200.24% based on SCE's preliminary calculated margin. For the final results, because all companies for which this AD review was initiated qualify for separate rates, the China-wide entity is not covered by this review. Accordingly, the China-wide rate will remain 111.36%.

(a) The AD cash deposit rates for any other companies that have separate rates established in the AD investigation, but were not reviewed in this segment, will not change;

(b) For all other China exporters, the AD cash deposit rate will be 111.36%, the China-wide rate established in the final determination of the AD investigation; and

(c) For non-China exporters of malleable iron pipe fittings from China, the AD cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/02/03 - 11/30/04)

The ITA will issue appropriate appraisement instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of June 29, 2006.

In addition, the ITA states that it has calculated an exporter/importer (or customer)-specific AD duty assessment rate for the merchandise subject to this review, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above (which are weighted averages).

(See ITA final results for more information, including the scope of the order, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 12/28/05 news, 05122830, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty administrative review.)
