The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA preliminary finds that the adverse facts available (AFA) rate-which is the current China-wide rate-is appropriate for Youngson.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of June 21, 2006, unless the deadline is extended.
