AD: China Brake Rotors

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on brake rotors from China with respect to the following exporter/producer and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit for Golrich

The ITA states that until completion of this AD new shipper review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of brake rotors both manufactured and exported by Golrich.

(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Golrich provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)

-preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review are due no later than 180 days from May 23, 2006 and the final results are due no later than 270 days from May 23, 2006
