Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of May 3, 2006 (Turkey) and within 90 days of May 4, 2006 (China), unless the time limit is extended.
