AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China with respect to the following producer/exporter combinations, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that until the completion of these AD new shipper reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for certain entries of the merchandise exported by Nanjing Merry, Leping Lotai, and Weishan Hongrun.
The ITA notes that it will apply the bonding option only to entries from the producer/exporter combination for which these companies have requested an AD new shipper review (i.e., Nanjing Merry/Anhui Hengda, Leping Lotai/Leping Lotai, and Weishan Hongrun/Weishan Hongrun).
-preliminary results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are due no later than 180 days from April 28, 2006, and the final results of this review are due within 90 days after the date on which the ITA issues the preliminary results.
