AD: Italy Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon-Quality Steel Plate Products and China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA states that it preliminarily finds that the application of adverse facts available (AFA) is warranted with respect to Palini for this AD review.
The ITA finds that AFA are appropriate for the three companies listed above as included in the China-wide rate.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of March 6, 2006.
