AD: India Stainless Steel Flanges
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain forged stainless steel flanges from India with respect to the following four companies, as both the exporter and producer, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation of any unliquidated entries of subject merchandise from Kunj, Micro, Pradeep, and Rollwell. In addition, until completion of these new shipper reviews, it will instruct CBP to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise that are both produced and exported by each of the four companies listed above.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Kunj, Micro, Pradeep, and Rollwell, provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate these AD duty new shipper reviews.)
-preliminary results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are due no later than 180 days from March 31, 2006, and the final results of this review are due within 90 days after the date on which the ITA issues the preliminary results.
