CV: India Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its countervailing (CV) duty administrative review of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (pet film) from India for the period January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2003.

CV Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or After 02/13/06:

In the CV preliminary results, the ITA found that Jindal Polyester Limited of India has changed its name to Jindal Poly Films Limited. The ITA has found no reason to reverse this decision and no other new information or evidence of changed circumstances has been presented to warrant reconsideration of this finding. As such, Jindal Poly Films Limited will receive Jindal Polyester Limited's CV cash deposit rate.
(a) For non-reviewed companies, the CV cash deposit rates will be the rate (company-specific or country-wide rate applicable to the company) for that company established in the most recently completed administrative CV proceeding.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (01/01/03 - 12/31/03)
The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess CV duties on appropriate entries of Jindal and Polyplex at the rates indicated above. In addition, the assessment rates applicable to all non-reviewed companies covered by this CV duty order are the CV cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry.
