AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry on or after 02/13/06:
| Company | AD Rate or Note |
|---|---|
| Shanghai Fortune Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Fortune) | 17.05% |
| China-wide Rate, (includes Suzhou and Kaifeng) | 329.33% |
| Other Companies | (a),(b),(c) |
Due to a finding of adverse facts available, ITA sources state that Suzhou Fine Chemicals Group Co. (Suzhou) and Kaifeng Xinghua Fine Chemical Factory (Kaifeng) will no longer receive separate rates of 291.57% and 281.97%, respectively, as they are now included in the China-wide entity. In addition, the China-wide entity continues to include Tianjin North Food, Tianjin Changjie Chemical Co., Ltd., and Beta Udyog Ltd.
The China-wide Rate has changed from 329.94% (which was issued in the ITA's AD duty order on subject merchandise) to 329.33%.
(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) For all other China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the new China-wide Rate of 329.33%;
(c) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/27/02 - 06/30/04)
The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of February 13, 2006.
In addition, the ITA states that it has calculated exporter/importer (or customer)-specific AD duty assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review, which trade sources state may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above (which are weighted averages).
(See ITA final results for more information, including the scope of the order, the rescission of review for three companies, etc. See ITT's Online Archives or 08/16/05 news, 05081625, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty administrative review and companion preliminary results of an AD duty administrative review for other merchandise from Chile.)
