Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit for Entries Exported & Produced by Since Hardware

The ITA states that until completion of this new shipper review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise that are both produced and exported by Since Hardware.

(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Since Hardware provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)

-preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review are due no later than 180 days from January 30, 2006, and the final results of this review are due no later than 270 days from January 30, 2006.
