AD: Argentina Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on honey from Argentina with respect to the following exporter/producer combination and review period:

Normal 12-month review period extended to 13 months
Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise exported by Patagonik and produced by Santa Rosa.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Patagonik and Santa Rosa provided the required certifications/documentation necessary to initiate this new shipper review.)
-preliminary results of AD duty new shipper review due no later than 180 days after January 20, 2006 and the final results are due within 90 days after the date on which the preliminary results are issued.
