Final Results of AD Duty Administrative Review

AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry On/After 01/18/06:

CompanyAD Rate or Note
Feili Furniture Development Ltd. Quanzhou City, Feili Furniture Development Co., Ltd., Feili Group (Fujian) Co., Ltd., and Feili (Fujian) Co., Ltd. (collectively Feili Group)(a)
New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. (New-Tec)(a)
China-wide Rate (including Wok and Pan Industry Inc.)70.71%
Other Companies(b),(c),(d)

For the final results of this AD administrative review, the ITA has found an absence of government control, both in law and in fact, with respect to New-Tec's export activities; therefore, the ITA has assigned New-Tec a separate rate.

Other than finding that New-Tec is no longer part of the China-wide entity, The ITA states that there are no changes to its treatment of the China-wide entity.

(a) The ITA has found that an AD duty rate of zero exists for Feili Group and New-Tec; as a result, no AD cash deposit is required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue;

(b) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) The cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 70.71%;

(d) The cash deposit rate for non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied the exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/03 - 05/31/04)

The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of January 18, 2006.

In addition, the ITA states that it has calculated customer-specific AD duty assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review (as there is no information on the record that identifies the importers of record), which trade sources state may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above.

(See ITA final results for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.

See ITT's Online Archives or 07/26/05 news, 05072630, for BP summary of the preliminary results of this AD duty administrative review and companion preliminary results of AD duty administrative reviews for other merchandise from Indonesia and Taiwan.)
