(a) The ITA has found an AD duty rate of zero exists; as a result, no AD cash deposit is required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue.

(b) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or in the original AD investigation, but the manufacturer is, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise;

(d) If neither the exporter nor the manufacturer is a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or in the original AD investigation, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be 17.60%, the "All-Others" rate established in the final determination of the AD investigation.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (12/01/03 - 11/30/04)

The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of January 17, 2006.

Additionally, the ITA states it has calculated an importer-specific per-unit dollar amount for subject merchandise, which according to trade sources, may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above.
