The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

ITA states that for this review, CFP and its subsidiaries Shanghai First Writing Instrument Co., Ltd., Shanghai Great Wall Pencil Co., Ltd., and China First Pencil Fang Zheng Co., Ltd. will be considered as a single entity.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 28, 2005.
