AD: Canada Certain Softwood Lumber Products
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain softwood lumber from Canada with respect to the following companies, identified as the producer or exporter, for the noted review period:

ITA notes that IFP Corp. is a U.S. corporation and is also an importer of subject merchandise from Canada.
Bonding Allowed in Lieu of Cash Deposit for Entries Produced by Terrace & Exported by IFP Corp.
The ITA states that until completion of this review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of certain softwood lumber from Canada that was produced by Terrace and exported by IFP Corp.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that IFP Corp. provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)
-preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review are due no later than 180 days from December 21, 2005 and the final results of this review are due no later than 90 days from the date the preliminary results are issued.
