AD: China Porcelain-on-Steel Cooking Ware and Certain Malleable Iron Pipe Fittings
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA preliminary determines that Shanghai Watex Metal Products Co. Ltd. (Watex) does not qualify for a separate rate; therefore, Watex will be included in the China-wide rate.
The ITA preliminary determines that Chengde Malleable Iron General Factory (Chengde) does not qualify for a separate rate; therefore, Chengde will be included in the China-wide rate. Chengde's current AD duty rate is 11.18%.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 22, 2005 (cooking ware) and 120 days of December 23, 2005 (pipe fittings).
