AD: Taiwan Certain Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty changed circumstance review of certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan.

Yieh Phui is succesor-in-interest. The ITA states that in these final results, it finds that Yieh Phui Enterprise, Ltd. (Yieh Phui) is the successor-in-interest to Yieh Hsing Enterprise, Ltd. (Yieh Hsing) and as a result it will receive the same AD duty cash-deposit rate (i.e., 1.61%) that was calculated and applied to Yieh Hsing during the most recent administrative review.
In the preliminary results of review with respect to the transfer of pipe operations to Yieh Phui, the ITA concluded that Yieh Phui operates in essentially the same manner in terms of production, management, and customer base as did Yieh Hsing prior to the transfer of its pipe facilities. Therefore, the ITA concluded that Yieh Phui was entitled to the same antidumping duty treatment as Yieh Hsing.
The ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assign Yieh Phui the same AD duty cash-deposit rate applicable to Yieh Hsing which is now 1.61%, for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after November 30, 2005.
