AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China with respect to the following companies, which are both the producer and exporter, and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit for Entries Produced and Exported by Xuzhou Jinjiang or by Xiping Opeck
The ITA states that until completion of these reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for certain entries of freshwater crawfish tail meat from China that were both produced and exported by either Xuzhou Jinjiang or by Xiping Opeck.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that these companies provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate their respective AD duty new shipper review.)
-preliminary results of this AD duty new shipper review are due no later than 180 days from October 31, 2005, and the final results of this review are due no later than 90 days from the date the preliminary results are issued.
