Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of September 28, 2005 (China) and within 120 days of October 7, 2005 (Latvia).
