These preliminary results are not in effect and the current requirements for a cash deposit of estimated AD duties on subject merchandise will continue unless and until these requirements are modified pursuant to the final results of the AD duty changed circumstances review.
The ITA states that it preliminarily finds that Produits Forestiers Arbec Inc. (Arbec) is the successor-in-interest to Unifort Inc. (Unifort), and if these preliminary results are made final, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to continue to suspend shipments of subject merchandise made by Arbec at Unifort's cash deposit rate of 11.54%, which represents the "all-others" rate.
The ITA also states that if these preliminary results are made final, this deposit rate shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of administrative review of the order, which covers the period May 1, 2003, through April 30, 2004, in which Unifort is a respondent.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.)
