Preliminary Antidumping Duty Determination Postponed

The ITA states that petitioner made a timely request for postponement of the preliminary AD duty determination in order to allow the petitioner additional time to review the response to the supplemental questionnaires and submit comments to the ITA, and also to allow the ITA time to analyze thoroughly the respondents' data and to seek additional information, if necessary.

According to the ITA, it is postponing the preliminary AD duty determination on certain artist canvas from China because there are no compelling reasons to deny the petitioner's request.

(See ITT's Online Archives or 05/02/05 news, 05050235, for BP summary of the initiation of this AD duty investigation.)
