AD: China Glycine

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of glycine from China for the period of March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 08/12/05:

(a) For previously-reviewed China and non-China exporters with separate rates, the cash deposit rate will be the company-specific rate established for the most recent period;

(b) For all other China exporters, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 155.89%, and

(c) For all other non-China exporters of the subject merchandise, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China supplier of that exporter.

Assessment Instructions for Review Period (03/01/03 - 02/29/04)

The ITA states that it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of August 12, 2005.
