AD: Korea Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Korea for exports during the period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004.

(a) for previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the AD cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) if the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise; and
(c) the cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 21.2%, the all others rate.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/03 - 01/31/04)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of July 11, 2005
The ITA states that the AD duty rate is exporter/importer-specific and, according to trade sources, may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above.
