AD: China Fresh Garlic
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on fresh garlic from China with respect to the following exporters/producers and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit for Entries Exported & Produced by Above-Listed Companies
The ITA states that until completion of these reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of fresh garlic that is: (1) both exported and produced by Fanhui; (2) exported by Shangdong Chengshun and produced by CATC; or (3) exported by Xi'an XiongLi and produced by JTFC.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that the above-listed exporters/producers provided the required certifications, as well as documentation, to initiate these AD duty new shipper reviews.)
-preliminary results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are due no later than 180 days from June 30, 2005, and the final results of these reviews are due no later than 270 days from June 30, 2005.
