The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain preserved mushrooms from India for the period of February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004.

(a) the ITA states that for previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the AD cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) if the exporter is not a firm covered in this AD duty administrative review, a prior review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the manufacturer is, the AD cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise; and
(c) the AD cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 11.30%, the "all others" rate from the AD duty investigation.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/03 - 01/31/04)
The ITA states that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of June 30, 2005.
The ITA states that the AD duty rate is importer-specific and, according to trade sources, may differ significantly from the AD cash deposit rates listed above.
