The ITA states that petitioners requested a postponement in order to permit the ITA and the petitioners to fully analyze the information that has been submitted in this investigation and to analyze cost information that will be submitted shortly. The petitioners also noted that the postponement will permit the ITA to seek additional information from respondents prior to the preliminary determination.
According to the ITA, it is postponing the preliminary AD duty determination on certain orange juice from Brazil since the petitioner's request was timely, and the ITA sees no compelling reason not to postpone the preliminary determination.
(See ITT's Online Archives or 02/14/05 news, 05021440, for BP summary of the ITA's initiation of this AD duty investigation.)
