AD: Belgium Stainless Steel Plate in Coils and Korea Certain Polyester Staple Fiber

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The ITA received a request that the AD duty order on certain polyester staple fiber from Korea be revoked for Huvis Corporation. However, the ITA has preliminarily found that Huvis Corporation does not qualify for this revocation as it has not sold subject merchandise at not less than normal value for a period of three consecutive years.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of June 3, 2005 (Belgium) and June 6, 2005 (Korea).
