U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has issued its fiscal year (FY) 2003 Final Annual Report under the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000 (CDSOA, also known as the Byrd Amendment). This report lists in excel format the antidumping (AD) or countervailing (CV) case number, the written description of the order, number of claims, FY 2003 net amount claimed, amount available for disbursement, claimant name, claim number, claimant net amount, percent of total claimed, and amount paid. 2. Weekly Quota Commodity Report as of May 31, 2005

CBP has issued its weekly quota commodity report as of May 31, 2005. This report includes tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) on various products such as beef, tuna, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa powder, tobacco, certain JFTA, NAFTA, SFTA, UAFTA and UCFTA TRQs, etc. This report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, CBTPA, NAFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA tariff preference levels (TPLs) for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (CBP's weekly quota commodity report, dated 05/31/05, available at http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/import/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/ )

3. New China Safeguard Quotas on 301, 340/640, 638/639 and 647/648

CBP has issued an administrative message announcing that safeguard quotas have been established for exports on or after May 27, 2005 for China cats 301, 340/640, 638/639, and 647/648, and refers readers to QBT-05-046 for more information, which is posted on CBP's web site.
