AD: China Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated new shipper reviews for the antidumping (AD) duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China with respect to the following exporters and review period:

Shanghai Sunbeauty identified itself as the exporter and Wuwei Xinhua Food Co., Ltd. as the producer of subject merchandise.
Jiangsu JOM identified itself as both the producer and exporter of subject merchandise
Qingdao Wentai identified itself as the exporter and Nanxian Shunxiang Aquatic Food Products Co., Ltd. as the producer of subject merchandise.
Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit For Exporter and Subject Producer
The ITA states that until completion of these reviews, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of the subject merchandise both produced and exported from China by the above exporters and their identified producers.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that these three exporters provided the required certifications, as well as documentation to initiate these AD duty new shipper reviews.)
-preliminary results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are due no later than 180 days after 04/29/05
