1 The ITA states that its final results for this CV duty administrative review will apply to subject merchandise exported by Nima and produced by Nima's supplier of pistachios, Razi Domghan Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Company (Razi).
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD and CV duty administrative reviews.
