The ITA states that on February 15, 2005, Yieh Phui submitted information and documentation in support of its claim that it is the successor-in-interest to Yieh Hsing Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Yieh Hsing). Accordingly, Yieh Phui asked the ITA to find Yieh Phui as the successor-in-interest to Yieh Hsing and to accord Yieh Phui the same AD duty treatment as its predecessor with respect to subject merchandise.
Although it is initiating this AD duty changed circumstances review, the ITA has denied Yieh Phui's request to conduct the AD duty changed circumstances review on an expedited basis. Therefore, the preliminary results of this AD duty changed circumstances review will be published in the Federal Register and the ITA will issue the final results not later than 270 days after March 24, 2005.
In addition, the ITA states that it will not change the AD cash deposit requirements for the merchandise subject to this AD duty changed circumstances review, unless a change is determined to be warranted pursuant to the final results of this review.
