Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise exported and produced by Xinan.

(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Xinan has provided the required certifications and documentation necessary to initiate this new shipper review. The ITA also made certain inquiries.)
