AD: Argentina Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on honey from Argentina with respect to the following exporter/producer combination and review period:

The ITA states that both entry and sale of subject merchandise should occur during the review period, but under appropriate circumstances the ITA may extend the review period if entry occurs after the normal review period. In this case, the review period is extended as El Mana's shipment entered in the month following the normal review period.
Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit
The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a single entry bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise exported by El Mana and produced by Federacion de Centros.
(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that El Mana provided some of the required certifications/documentation necessary to initiate this new shipper review. The ITA and CBP also made certain inquiries.)
