AD: Netherlands Purified Carboxymethylcellulose

The International Trade Administration (ITA) is amending its preliminary affirmative antidumping (AD) duty determination on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from the Netherlands in order to correct significant ministerial errors with respect to Noviant BV and the "All Others" rate.

Amended Preliminary Affirmative AD Duty Determination

The ITA states that it is directing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to continue to suspend liquidation of all imports of CMC from the Netherlands. In addition, CBP shall require a cash deposit or the posting of a bond at the below amended AD rates (equal to the weighted-average margin) for entries of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 3, 2005, as follows:
