Scope of Investigation Amended to Exclude Certain Models of Powerheads, Etc.

Other than this new exclusion for five specific models of powerheads, the scope of investigation language is unchanged from the initiation notice.

In addition, the ITA states that it continues to find the following included in the scope of investigation: engines imported for the purpose of repair, and engines of 25 horsepower or less. In addition, the ITA states that it continues to find that completed engines and powerheads constitute the same class or kind of merchandise.
