Antidumping Duty Order Revoked

According to the ITA, it has determined that the continued relief provided by the AD duty order with respect to bulk aspirin from China is no longer of interest to the domestic interested party in this proceeding.

ITA Terminates Suspension of Liquidation & Orders Refund of Estimated Duties

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to terminate the suspension of liquidation and to liquidate, without regard to AD duties, all unliquidated entries of bulk aspirin from China with a time of entry on or after July 1, 2003.

The ITA will further instruct CBP to refund with interest any estimated duties collected with respect to unliquidated entries of bulk aspirin from China with a time of entry on or after July 1, 2003.

The ITA adds that it will issue appropriate instructions directly to CBP within 15 days of December 28, 2004.
