AD: Germany Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Germany for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.

(a) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(b) If the exporter is not a firm covered in this AD duty administrative review, or the original AD duty investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise, or
(c) The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will continue to be 13.48%
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (07/01/02 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA adds that it will issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to CBP to within 15 days of December 20, 2004.
