AD: China Sebacic Acid
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of sebacic acid from China for the period of July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.

AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry On/After 12/16/04:

(a) For a company previously found to be entitled to a separate rate and for which no review was requested, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established in the most recent review of that company;
(b) The cash deposit rate for the China entity will continue to be the China- wide rate of 243.40%; and
(c) The cash deposit rate for non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China will be the rate applicable to the China exporter/producer that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions for Review Period (07/01/02 - 06/30/03)
The ITA states that it will determine and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries. The ITA will issue appropriate assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days of December 16, 2004.
