AD: China Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the preliminary results of its antidumping (AD) duty new shipper reviews for honey from China with respect to the following exporter/producer combinations, for the review period of December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003:

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 90 days of November 19, 2004, unless the time limit is extended.
Bonding or Other Security Continues to be an Option
The ITA states that the above-described exporter/producer combinations may continue to post a bond or other security in lieu of cash deposits for certain entries of subject merchandise until the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews are published.
