AD: China Brake Rotors

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a new shipper review for the antidumping (AD) duty order on brake rotors from China with respect to the following companies (each of which is a producer and exporter of subject merchandise from China) and review period:

Bonding Allowed in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit

The ITA states that until completion of the review, it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of an AD cash deposit for each entry of the subject merchandise both produced and exported by Dixion or Wally.

(In accordance with certain specified provisions of 19 CFR 351.214(b), the ITA states that Dixion and Wally have provided the required certifications, as well as documentation to initiate this AD duty new shipper review.)
